Delivery

At Boutique38.com online fashion boutique, packages are generally dispatched within 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via PosLaju or Courier Services to your delivery address with tracking code. Whichever shipment choice, we will provide you with a link to track your package online or directly with the transport company. We endeavour to deliver your package as soon as possible. If you required an express service, kindly contact us via email, additional charges may incurred.

Our shipping fees include packing fees and postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Returns

We provide a total customer online shopping experience

Boutique38.com, a trusted online boutique in Malaysia strives to provide a total customer online shopping experience and quality service to all our customers. We will gladly replace any item damaged during shipping or refund your original purchase price for that item subject to the followings terms and conditions.

Items must be returned in their original packaging along with ariginal sales receipts within 14 days from the order date. Refunds will be issued in the form of credit note for the returned item purchase price only. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

To return an item purchased, please email to returns@boutique38.com stating your order number, item number and reason for return. We'll provide you with  a return reference number if your return request is accepted together with instructions on how to return your item. Returns for any other reasons than a torn garment are at your own cost. We will exchange a garment if the size or color is wrong due to our packing error at our own cost. Otherwise, all exchanges of size, color and type are at your own cost.
